You Need a Website
Regardless of whether you have been in private practice for 20 minutes or 20 years you need to have an online presence to attract new patients and retain your current patients. A website is one of the best investments you can make to market your practice. A website works 24/7 to promote you, your staff and your services and allows potential patients to get a feel for whether your practice meets their needs. Let’s think about the perfect long-term patient. If the patient that comes to mind is in the mid 20’s to early 30’s age group and is looking for a new dental or medical practicioner one of the first places they will look is on the Internet. Why not ensure that among the first search results that appear your practice is listed? It’s your opportunity to choose exactly how your practice is portrayed on the Internet.
Ok, so what do you do?
I create simple, low-cost web solutions. That basically means I build you a simple website, take some photos of your office and staff (if needed) and provide you with the option of managing the finished product on your own (you or a staff member can update it as you see fit) or I can manage it and make changes as needed. I set-up a low-cost website hosting that YOU control and pay for (about $50/year), I use WordPress templates that are simple to change and can be edited by YOU using just an internet browser.
I can help set-up Google Analytics so you can see how many hits you are getting on your website and analyze trends. I can set-up e-mail accounts for you to communicate with patients (patients love this!). I can set-up online coupon campaigns that change as frequently as you want. I can help you set-up a patient e-mail database so you can send out e-mail blast communications to your patients or contact them individually for appointments (or the “we haven’t seen you in a year, where the heck are you?” e-mails). I can even help assist with direct mail marketing pieces and other marketing aspects. That being said, it’s your choice, you know your practice best and I am only interested in providing what you need.
